8+ hours. One uncompromising engineer. Zero filler. Marco Antonio Spaventi has spent 15 years mastering records for techno pioneers and underground icons — Carl Cox, HAAi, Anthony Rother, Steve Rachmad. All from his hybrid analogue-equipped studio in Barcelona. Now he's opening the doors and breaking down the exact workflow, decisions, and critical-listening process behind hundreds of club-ready, commercial-grade masters.

Marco is an Apple Certified Mastering Engineer and lecturer at the Abbey Road Institute Amsterdam and several other educational organisations around the globe. He's spent a decade training the next generation of engineers, and this masterclass distills that experience into one brutally practical curriculum. You'll learn to train your ears, not just your DAW: how to make decisions like a professional, troubleshoot problem mixes, and consistently deliver masters that hold up on any system, anywhere.

Whether you're a bedroom producer trying to finish your own tracks or an engineer building a client roster, this is the difference between guessing and knowing. Real sessions. Real techniques. Real results — straight from a studio trusted by Dekmantel, Mute Records, Clone, and Delsin Records.

Stop second-guessing your mixes. Learn from the engineer the underground trusts.

The special introductory launch price is available for a limited time only and ends at midnight on Wednesday 15th July. After that, the course returns to its regular price. Additional discounts cannot be applied.

Lesson Plan

While the course is demonstrated in Logic Pro X, every concept and technique Marco teaches is universally applicable — whether you're working in Ableton, Pro Tools, Cubase, Studio One, or any other major DAW. This is a course about ears, decision-making, and process, not software-specific applications.

Throughout the sessions, you'll see Marco working with a range of professional third-party plugins, including FabFilter Pro-Q3, Pro-C and Pro-MB, Tone Projects Michelangelo, Basslane and Unisum, TDR Nova, the Leapwing suite (Centerone, Rootone, Dynone, Limitone), Masterlab DynaQ, Soothe 2, UAD classics like the Fatso Jr, Massive Passive, 1176, Trident, Roland Dimension D, Cooper Time Cube and LA-2A, the Moog Moogerfooger MF-101S, Oxford Limiter and Envolution, McDSP AE400, Soundtoys Devil-Loc and FilterFreak, DMG TrackControl and Multiplicity, and Gullfoss.

These tools are part of Marco's personal workflow, not a requirement — the techniques and decision-making behind each move will translate directly to whatever plugins and stock processors you already own.

Every chapter is built around real client material, real decisions, and real problem-solving — so you're not just watching techniques in isolation, you're watching exactly how a professional engineer thinks, listens, and works under real-world conditions.
