Introducing Fossil, seven powerful and practical racks for Ableton Live.

The concept was to design a collection of racks that deliver aged/vintage characteristics. Highlighting the idiosyncrasies that tape saturation, wow/flutter and vinyl bring to the table.

Our team dedicated a great deal of time into research and development for each rack. Matching specific EQ curves for that trademark tape bump and learning the signal path for a specific 8-bit filterbox.

These custom designed racks will save you hours of tweaking and enable you to be more creative with your time.

WHAT TYPE OF RACKS ARE INCLUDED?

Tape

Emulation of tape-like characteristics. Smooth compression, tape bump EQ curve, flutter, drive. Noise control and distortion.

Vinyl

A vinyl toolbox to add grit to the source sound. Ability to add noise, crackle, drive, phase distortion.

Filterbox

A combination of distortion and filter to age and mangle sounds. Band pass fx, 8-bit sample reduction and waveshaping capabilities. Delivering more flavour and crunch.

Dusty Delay

Space Echo inspired dub-delay. The source sound can be altered with compression and EQ. Wet delay signal can be distorted and filtered. Bass, treble and feedback controls.

Distortion Box

Multiband distortion, from soft to extreme settings. Heavy compression with artifacts, pumping, breathing. Useful for adding vintage tone to any drum bus.

Drifter

Modulation effect that sounds old. Extreme wow/flutter for vintage drift in pitch. Controls to go from clean to dirty saturated compression.

Space Station

A combination of delay and reverb that sounds quirky and peculiar. Two delays in series with different delay times for a spaced out multitap experience.

Are the presets royalty-free?

Yes, all of the products in our store are 100% royalty-free.

That means once you have purchased you have a license to use the audio samples, presets, MIDIs, and any parts from the project files in your commercially released productions without any further payment.

Refund policy

Due to the nature of digital downloads we offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you have find any issues with a product get in touch within 14 days and let us know. By completing a purchase you agree that the issue of a refund will be made at the sole discretion of the Audiotent Staff and that all decisions made by the Audiotent Staff are final. We are happy to issue a refund or store credit if your product is proven to be defective or not as described.

Unfortunately unless our system has not registered a download – i.e. you have not attempted a download by clicking on the download link issued to you, we are unable to offer refunds if you change your mind, please read the product description and software requirements carefully.

Audiotent does not refund products if:

• You no longer need the purchased product.
• You have changed your mind or found an alternative product.
• You cannot use the product due to hardware or software limitations – i.e. you do not own the compatible synthesiser for the product.
• You cannot use the product due to insufficient knowledge / know-how.
• We do not make any guarantees for product use with cracked or illegally downloaded software.

Eligibility

A refund is eligible for 14 days from the date of purchase (found in your Order Confirmation Email).

Audiotent strongly advises checking what software and/or hardware is required to use the products and what are the minimum hardware requirements to use the software. Such information is always provided on the product pages. Audiotent does not refund products which require other software to use (Digital Audio Workstation-specific libraries, Software Synth Preset Banks). The customer is responsible to have knowledge required to use the product.
