#AudiotentTip 293. Slicing drum loops.
There are a few advantages when slicing drum loops into individual pieces. First, you can rearrange the groove and give the original drum loop a totally different feel. Secondly, the unwanted drum hits can be deleted from a busy loop to create a more relaxed vibe. Lastly, you can simply select one or two slices from the loop and layer them with your existing groove.
